Production, maintenance, quality, project aur commissioning jaise departments mein Diploma mechanical ko zyada chance milta hai. Supervisor Trainee (ST) program bhi ek acha entry point hai – package ₹9.5 LPA CTC (post-training).
Apprentice ke liye stipend ₹9,000–₹12,300 per month hota hai (trade aur unit ke hisaab se). Graduate Apprentice ko ₹12,300/month milta hai. Permanent role mein starting ₹15,000–₹22,000 per month ho sakti hai.
